Welcome to LifeAllGrow. These Terms of Service govern your use of our self-improvement and productivity courses, digital products, and related physical goods offered at LifeAllGrow.com. By making a purchase or using any service, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing our offerings, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, effective 2025. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or products.

2. Services and Products

LifeAllGrow provides live coaching sessions, workshops, digital courses, ebooks, and printed materials aimed at enhancing personal growth and productivity.

3. Purchases and Payment

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. We accept various payment methods. You are responsible for all charges incurred through your use.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services (Live Coaching and Workshops)

To reschedule a session, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Sessions canceled less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable. Reschedules are allowed once per booking at no extra fee. Requests should be submitted via contact form. Approved refunds or credits will be returned to the original payment method within 14 days.

4.2 Digital Products (Courses and Ebooks)

Due to the nature of digital content, we offer a 7-day refund window from the purchase date, provided you have accessed no more than 10% of the material. To request a refund, submit a request via contact form. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

4.3 Physical Goods (Workbooks and Merchandise)

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective. To initiate a return, contact us via contact form. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item to the original payment method.

5. Scheduling and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule services by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance. Reschedule requests must be made through contact form. Last-minute changes cannot be accommodated.

6. Changes to Terms

LifeAllGrow reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. All changes will be posted on LifeAllGrow.com with an updated effective year. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
